STAY HEALTHY

"Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan,Lifestyle Disease Iwasan," this is the theme for these nutrition month celebration and it means a lot for me.


Eating is one of our favorite habits,we cook different foods or dishes everyday like meats,vegetables,fish and lots more. Do you think that all the foods we are eating is good to our health? Maybe most of them is yes but the rest is not. Remember that eating nutritious food will protect us from diseases or illnesses and it will guide us to success. We have ours goals in life and to achieve it we must be a healthy person. Tell ourselves that eating junk foods or foods that are not nutritious can destroy our health and also our future. "Health is Wealth," so take good care of it. Say no also to drugs ,alcohols and cigarettes because it can cause death.


In general, we should have our good nutrition in order for us to have a good health or a healthy lifestyle and to avoid different diseases.
